Wellbeing

To support everyone on our team, we use a framework that focuses on wellbeing from six different perspectives: organisational, mental, financial, physical, social and life stage. All our people strategies and procedures have wellbeing integrated into them, and we have supports available depending on your needs and circumstances.

Our wellbeing strategy first looks to reduce job stressors, preventing situations from escalating. Then we help you to adapt by providing tools and resources for coping. We also offer a reactive response to treat situations like ill health.

We’re accredited to the KeepWell Mark, which is the recognised business standard for health, safety and wellbeing in Ireland.
